Coat of arms:
The coat of
arms is a circle framed by stylized images of trees, a plowed field, and church
domes. The circle is divided into two parts horizontally.
In the upper half
of the circle, against a blue background, are green trees, fertile fields, and a
rising sun, symbolizing the leading sector of the county economy – the
production and processing of agricultural products.
At the bottom of the
circle, the Ob River – the main waterway – is depicted in blue, with the Peter
and Paul Cathedral in the background. This symbolizes purity and renewal.
At
the base of the circle is the year the district was founded.
