Flag adopted on 18 August 2001.
Divided horizontally in two stripes of white and green. The
green stripe being divided by 5 wavy stripes of white and blue
with their respectives ratios of 1:1:4:2:1. On the white stripe
a red mammoth and, in the upper right corner, a red sun.
