image by Tomislav Šipek, 5 September 2020A photo of the flag was found at https://moyaokruga.ru/yuselnov/Articles.aspx?articleId=335706. It is a light blue flag with an arch decorated in a crimson and white geometric pattern, on which is perched a duck with wings spread. Hanging from the arch is a golden bell and beneath it is a white fish with golden fins.
