The flag and arms of Malo Crniće are prescribed in the Municipal Statutes (text), as follows:
The coat of arms of the Municipality of Malo Crniće is a grain field rounded with a rectangular shape framed by a golden-yellow line, on the lower side of which is a semicircular red ribbon with the text written in white letters: "Municipality of Malo Crniće".
The flag of the Municipality is rectangular with the coat of arms of the municipality in the center. The color of the flag is light blue. The use of the coat of arms and the flag of the Municipality shall be regulated by a special decision of the Municipal Assembly.
