Prometheism seems to be a new-age religion with a vaguely technical, futurist
bend and a relatively non-spiritual ideology. Their site

I'd say that the image shown is an
artist's rendering, with the flag superimposed on a sky - if so the actual flag
may be just the symbol on a plain background.
