A flag of Qatar with 2 facial images: (obverse/front): ex-Emir, a.k.a.: the "Father Emir", Sheikh "Hamad bin Khalifa bin Hamad bin Abdullah bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani". He was the ruling Emir of Qatar from 1995 until 2013, when he abdicated the throne, handing power to his son: Tamim bin Hamad al Thani;(reverse/backside) Emir Sheikh "Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani", With the title of Emir, he has been the monarch of Qatar since 2013, when his father abdicated the throne. This car-antenna-size flag may have been released during the "switch of emirs" coronation events in 2013. {
