The flag has a full width yellow triangle, its base on the top edge and its apex at the midpoint of the bottom, the remaining areas are green at the hoist, and red at the fly.

Companhia do Extremo Oriente (= Far East Company) had been established before 1938. It had been a shipping, import and export company.
It was located in Shanghai and disappeared from the Shanghai business circles in the 1940s.
