The flag is white, on centre from hoist to fly is the logo, a greenish blue circle including a wave of same and five inescutcheons red in cross, followed by a black inscription "FPS", a short thin red vertical line, the full name in black initials divided into three lines.

The flag was white with centred logo and full name in dark blue initials at the bottom. The logo is a green shield, on its sinister chief a white escutcheons with five dark blue inescutcheons in cross, each one charged with a quina, a dexter side  a dark blue surfer in action, his sinister arm intruding the escutcheon. On its top a stylised red inscription "FPS".
