The flag is white with a centred yellow basketball garnished black, superimposed on centre by a blue scroll with white inscriptuon "F.P.B." and above by the shield of the Portuguese national arms shifted to top. The whole is framed with a blue inscription "FEDERAÇÃO PORTUGUESA" (above, embowed) and "DE BAQUETEBOL" (beneath). The inscription is either bold (see left image above) or serifed (see right image above).
