The flag is white with centred logo as follows: two light blue embowed fish addorsed forming some kind of annulet, superimposed by a dark blue double wavy line, over all a white shield fimbriated dark blue and charged with five dark blue inescutcheons in cross, at its upper edge there is a dark blue embowed inscription "FPAS". At the bottom is the full name centred and divided into two lines.
