Shield Gules four lozenges Argent arrayed throughout two and two, charged with typical motives of handkerchiefs of enamoured, in chief a Maltese cross Argent, on fess point a sheaf of rye Or.
Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading
in black upper case serifed letters "ABOIM DA NÓBREGA E GONDOMAR".
Meaning:
The original blazon and its depiction are a suitable heraldic stylisation of this curious item, a local lover´s handkerchief, already included in
the never officialised proposed arms of Aboim da Nóbrega.

Aboim da Nóbrega e Gondomar is one of the 12 communes of Vila Verde Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 902 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 14,4 km².
