Shield Azure, base wavy of Azure and Argent, issuant from base a mountain Or overgrown Vert and crowned by a castle Argent masoned Sable with port and windows Vert, the central tower of three charged with a Templars' cross Gules. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "PRAIA DO RIBATEJO".

Praia do Ribatejo Commune is one of the four communes of Vila Nova da Barquinha Municipality; it had 1702 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 20.2 km².
