It is a fairly typical Portuguese communal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a plain yellow background(village rank).

Rôge Commune (also spelled "Roge") is one of the seven communes of the Vale de Cambra Municipality; it had 1752 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 16.5 km².
