It is a fairly untypical Portuguese communal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a white and blue quartered (town rank) field.

The arms are Purpure two bunches of grapes Or leaved Argent set in fess and in chief a crozier per bend sinister Or over a prelat's cross of the Same pointing downwards per bend and in base a jaguar sejant Argent charged with four bendlets Azure. Mural crown argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "OUCA".

Ouca Commune is one of the eight communes of the Vagos Municipality (q.v.); it had 1864 inhabitants in 2001 and covers 16,29 km².
