Shield Vert a cross calvary Argent flanked by a mattock blade Or at dexter and an oak twig of the same at sinister with one acorn and four leaves. Mural crown Argent with three visiable towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "COVIDE - TERRAS DE BOURO" (see right images above)

Covide is one of the 11 communes of Terras de Bouro Municipality not affected by the 2013 changes; it had 273 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 19,87 km².
