Paradela was one of the eight communes of Tabuaço Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 123 inhabitants in 2021 and covered 5,80 km².

Shield Argent a crozier Gules in bend sinister, accompanied at dexter by an olive branch Vert fructed Sable and at sinister by an elderberry twig Vert fructed Sable, on base wavy
Azure a berrulet wavy Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "GRANJINHA".
Meaning:
The crozier a token of Amarus the Pilgrim, patron saint of the Catholic Parish, this commune was nominally created from. The elderberry twig stands for local use of elderberries, a delicacy famously enjoyed by John Cleese and the whole gang. The base wavy represents the Távora River, which is the commune√s eastern boundary.
