Sines commune has no flag nor arms of its own.

(editorial note: in 2014 Portuguese WIKIPEDIA displays the municipal arms but no proper flag for Sines commune(kms)
Sines commune is one of the two communes covering of the synonymousmunicipality, it had around 13 200 inhabitants in 2001 and covers 150,24 km².
