Shield Vert a chapel Argent masoned Sable with port and windows of the same, on either chief corner a grape bunch Or leafed Argent, on base two olive branches Or fruited Sable in saltire. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "CUMIEIRA - SANTA MARTA DE PENAGUIÃO".
