Shield Vert with base wavy of argent and Azure charged with two trouts Or, a 3-arched bridge Argent masoned Sable and issuant from base, in central chief an open book Argent garnished Gules. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "FORMARIZ".
