Shield Argent with base wavy of Azure, Argent and Vert, issuant from base a rock Sable crowned by an embattled tower Gules with port and windows Argent chained Sable, in dexter chief the top of a lighthouse Argent with fire Gules, in sinister chief an anchor Gules charged with a heart Or. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE OEIRAS E SÃO JULIÃO DA BARRA, PAÇO DE ARCOS E CAXIAS".
Meaning:
The tower is a degradation of the arms of former Oeiras e S. Julião da Barra commune, the lighthouse top a degradation of the arms of former Caxias commune and the anchored heart of former Paço de Arcos commune.

Shield Argent with base wavy of Vert, Argent a Azure, two brown rocks, each one crowned by an embattled tower Gules with port and windows Argent, connected by a chain Sable Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "FREGUESIA DE OEIRAS E SÃO JULIÃO DA BARRA".
Meaning:
The base wavy is probably representing the mouth of Tejo river, the chained towers are probably referring to Fort São Julião da Barra, Portugal#s biggest. Its construction began in 1549 during the rule of King D. João III (1521-1557) and was improved during the following centuries.

Shield Argent with base wavy of Vert and Azure, an anchor Gules charged with a heart Or de prata, both surrounded by two dolphins Sable garnished Or. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "VILA DE PAÇÇO DE ARCOS".
Meaning:
The anchored heart probably is an attribute of Lord Jesus of the Mariners, the local patron saint.
