Shield Argent on a fess wavy Azure three barrulets wavy Argent, in chief a mitre Gules stapped and bejewelled Or, in base a walnut tree eradicated Vert fruited Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "S.
MARTINHO DO PESO".
Meaning:
The village name means "Saint Martin of the weight"; this meaning seems to be partly covered in the arms, where it displays a token (mitre) for Martin of Braga.
