The shield is Argent three kegs Gules garnished Or set in fess between a bugle Purpure corded Sable in chief and a lamb Sable emphasized Argent in base. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "TALHAS".
Meaning:
"Talhas" means "kegs" (the old kind, made out of wood by a cooper, used for olive oil, pickled produce, cider, etc.) and they are shown in the arms (canting).
