It is a typical Portuguese communal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a plain green field (village rank).

The arms are Argent, in central chief a red Greek cross with three acorns Vert fruited Or at each arm, beneath two wolves Sable averted tongued and eyed Gules, in base an olive seedling Vert fruited Sable. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "TOULÕES".
Meaning:
The cross is alluding to St. Anthony of Lisboa and Padua.
