Shield Vert, a bend sinister wavy Azure fimbriated Argent, in dexter chief a windmill's wheel Or rigged Argent, in sinister base a cogwheel Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "MOINHOS DA GÂNDARA".
Meaning:
The wheel of a windmill (Port.: moinho) is a canting element.
