Shield Argent, a sheaf of three rye ears Vert tied Gules, accompanied in chief at dexter by a cowbell Gules and at sinister by a grape bunch Purpure leafed Vert, on base wavy Azure a barrulet wavy Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "SANTA LUCRÉCIA DE ALGERIZ"
Meaning:
The toponym comprises the Catholic parochial invocation of Saint Lucretia of Cordoba, and the local Algeriz River, named after an Arabic word meaning cowbells - the latter motive is present in the arms, twice (the bell and the waves).
