Portugal Telecom's digital television created the brand "Meo" in mid 2007 and launched a wide advertisemnet campaign early this month. This shows the popular humourist group "Gato Fedorento" (stinky cat) dressed in Star Treck gear while presenting the "Television of the Future". This future has flags in it , a white cloth with the golden campaign logo centred on it. This logo combines the "m" from the brand name and a stylized cat head outline, and is used as label pin in the uniforms.
