Blue - white vertical bicolour with coat of arms centred. The shield is as follows: white with five blue quinas having a red bordure displaying seven golden (= yellow) castles, realized as towers. The shield is topped by a golden (= yellow) radiant 5-point star having four rays. The shield is flanked by two branches olive in natural colour, tied white.
