Erwin Günther pointed in his book [GUE09] to a mistake. Pascal Gross
had exchanged the stripes of the Dzialdowo County flag.
I have read in my archives once again the law " Uchwała Nr XXXV/216/02
Rady Powiatu Działdowskiego z dnia 26 czerwca 2002 roku w sprawie ustanowienia
herbu i flagi Powiatu Działdowskiego". Really, the red stripe is on
top, the blue stripe is below.
