Although there is no picture there, this site has a description of the county's flag.
"The Flag of Starachowice County is a tautological mirror of its Coat of Arms - three gold crowns, tilted backward, placed 2:1 and a double-armed cross with a shorter upper arm, all on the light blue piece of cloth. The flag's ratio is 5:8."
The Coat of Arms contains the elements from the Krakow Archbishopric's Coat of Arms (three crowns) to which Starachowice belongs.
These symbols date back to the XIIIth Century.
The double-armed cross represents the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship.
This cross is of the model of the "Jerusalem Cross" related to the cult of the Holy Cross Wood originated several hundreds years earlier in Caravaca, Murcia, Spain.
To Poland the cult of the Holy Cross Wood was brought from Hungary in 1270.
The blue color symbolizes fidelity, humility and sacrifice.
The gold color stands for wisdom, respect, achievement and perfection.
