It isn't the flag of the police per se, only the flag of the water-
and airborne vessels belonging to the police forces (vessels and aircraft
patrolling the waterways (rivers, canals, lakes) and the airspace).
Although, the local Police Commands use the flags and standards, the
flag of the National Police (if any) is not pictured anyplace on the net.
