The flag was adopted in May 2007, the Arms much earlier (no description
available).
The flag was adopted during the ceremonial session of the Commune's
Council at the Museum of the National Anthem located in the village of
Będomin, in the historical mansion belonging in the past to the Wybicki's
family.
Flag : a rectangle composed of three equal horizontal bands: upper
- blue - symbolizes the lakes and the sky middle - yellow - stands for
the wheat fields of the commune; lower - green - represents the Kashubian
forests and meadows.
