"Arms: on the tri-part shield, on the triangular upper, blue field is
a Coat of Arms of the Land of Sanok (Ziemia Sanocka), a double-headed, golden
eagle.
On the lower right, blue field is a noble Coat of Arms "Leliwa" - golden,
six-pointed star and a crescent moon.
On the lower left, red field is a noble Coat of Arms "Ostoja" - two golden
crescent moons and between them a silver sword with the golden handle pointing
downwards.
Flag: a "chessboard" of four fields: white-blue-red-yellow (clockwise).
Ceremonial flag bears the Arms in the middle.
The proof sheet, attached to the law of October 29, 2008, shows the
flag as a square. The description given in the same law has the flag in
the ratio 5:8.
Most likely, both versions are acceptable - your guess would be as
good as mine.
