The village of Orla was a part of Radziwiłł Princely Family estates.
Until 1941, over 90% of the residents were Jewish. Almost all of them
perished in the Nazi Holocaust.
Presently, the vast majority of the inhabitants is Eastern Orthodox.
Arms and flag adopted on June 18, 2003
No description of Arms or flag available, although the Arms underscore
the long association of Orla with the Radziwiłł Princely Family.
The image of the Arms and the flag can be seen at Orla
Commune's website.
