Arms and flag adopted on June 13, 2008 (resolution # XVIII/146/2008).
"Arms: on a silver late-gothic shield there is a red deer in jump to
the right on the green hill.
Flag: a piece of cloth 1 m wide and 1,6 m long divided into horizontal
bands:
* upper - 1/4 of the width - yellow
* middle - 1/2 of the width - blue
* lower - 1/4 of the width - yellow
In the middle of the blue band the Arms are placed."
