Łabowa - rural commune, Nowy Sącz County, Małopolskie Voivodship.
Gmina Łabowa is a rural gmina (commune) in Nowy Sącz County, Lesser Poland Voivodship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Łabowa, which lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) south-east of Nowy Sącz and 89 km (55 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kraków.
Area: 119.12 sq.km (46 sq.mi); Population: 5,172 (2006).

The village was established around 1581 as a Greek-Catholic parish. Until 1947 the majority population were Łemkos. The elevation of the commune varies from 440 m to 1080 m above sea level.

Arms and flag adopted on June 30, 2006 (resolution # XLII/270/06).

"Arms: on the red field a silver lamb hide.

Flag: a rectangle in the ratio 5:8 divided 1:2:1 into vertical bands. Extreme, narrow bands are red and the middle, wide band is white and bears the Arms of the commune in its center."
