Arms and flag adopted on January 24, 2003 by the Resolution # IV/30/2003.
"Arms: an image of the deer's head, white on red background.
Between the deer's antlers are two cavalier crosses, one above the
other, of gold color.
Flag: rectangular piece of cloth divided in the slant to the left, red
over green.
In the left upper corner the Arms are placed, in white and above the
date "year 1400".
