The Arms and flag of the City were confirmed by the Law of April 24,
2004 (Resolution # IX/54/2003).
"Arms: the shield divided vertically into two halves - red and white.
On the red field there is a silver arrow pointing upward and finished
at the bottom with "moustache".
On the white field a weaving shuttle in blue.
Flag: rectangle divided vertically into two equal fields -white and
red, with the Arms placed centrally where the axis of the shield corresponds
to the axis of bi-color flag."
