Druzbice - rural commune, Bełchatów county, Łódzkie Vojvodship.
Here is description of the Coat of Arms and flag according to the editor, Mr.Wojciech Dudkiewicz:
"Coat of Arms presents full figure of the bishop with silver (gray) beard, moustache and hair (to stress his longevity). The bishop holds the Bible at his chest and there is a goose at his feet - all as his attributes ( it isn't explained who he is - just a bishop).
There is an addition of the Coat of Arms of Nalecz clan to point to the previous owners of Druzbice and the lay patrons of the parish.
It was concluded that the best color for the shield would be light-blue, which signifies in the heraldry the stability, heavenly love, piety and holiness, and also brings back the memories of Kacper Druzbicki, one of the most prominent owners.
The Coat of Arms is unique, strongly relating to the the traditions of the main village of the commune, and enhances the sense of community.

The flag reflects the colors of the Coat of Arms and was chosen by the council persons out of several proposals."

Could be St Martin, not now dividing his cloak but in his capacity as a bishop (of Tours, France). The goose betrayed him as he was hiding to avoid becoming a bishop.
