Sulecin is the seat of Sulecin county, Lubuskie voivodship; a photo of
the flag is at this
website - a white bedsheet with the Coat of Arms in the center; on the flag
the shield color is blue, while the Coat of Arms on that webpage has a black background.
The German name was Zielenzig; Ralf
Hartemink's explanation:
"The arms show a Paschal Lamb (Agnus Dei), the symbol of St. John.
The city was a possession of the Knights of St. John from 1350-1810. The
municipality uses the arms both with and without the green ground in the
base of the shield."
The town and municipality of Sulęcin has, 31 March 2006, 16603 inhabitants,
10310 of whom live in Sulęcin. The territory and borders of the municipality
of Sulęcin have remained unchanged since the year 1975, when the administrative
division of Poland was carried out. The municipality is composed of the
town of Sulęcin, 14 villages and the town of Wędrzyn.

It's a white lamb on a black shield on a white bedsheet. The lighting
on the photo must have been off...
