Kłodawa - rural commune, Gorzów County, Lubuskie Voivodship - German name: Kladow.
Gmina Kłodawa is a rural commune in Gorzów County, Lubusz Voivodship, in western Poland. Its seat is the village of Kłodawa, which lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
Area: 234.83 sq.km (90.7 sq.mi); Population: 6,327 (2006).
Land under cultivation - 23%; forests - 65%
The forests (Puszcza Gorzowska) makes the territory of the commune a significant and attractive tourist destination. The commune functions also as a suburb of the city of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and the construction of the new residential areas is progressing rapidly.

Arms were adopted on December 13, 2002 (resolution # II/3/2002).
The date of adoption of the flag is not clear (lack of information) but the description of the flag was written officially into the Law of the Commune ("Statut") on February 25, 2009 (resolution # XXX/223/2009).
