Arms and flag adopted on February 6, 2003 (resolution # III/17/2003).
"Arms: on a green field an image of a golden oak tree with a white
kerchief shaped into a ring (from the noble Coat of Arms "Nalecz") tied around
the trunk.
Flag is of colors green and yellow with the Arms on yellow."
