Here is the flag of Świdnica county (Powiat Świdnicki), Dolnośląskie
vojvodship. It is presented at the county
website, adopted 27 October 2004.
Flagdescription: 4 horizontal stripes of red, white, yellow, black,
proportioned 1:2:2:1; in center the county arms; proportions: 5:8.
NB. Two colors red.
