The flag of PAGCOR, the "Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation" (actually a public body regulating casino gaming) can be seen in a Yahoo News photo (ephemeral URL, but detail available here) captioned:

"A Philippine flag flies in front of the building housing the headquarters of the government-owned Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp in Manila on August 9.
