The flag of SM is usually hoisted in front of SM's malls along with the
Philippine national flag. The SM flag's proportion is the same of that of the
national flag of 1:2. The flag of SM is composed of SM's circular logo on a blue
field.

An earlier version of the flag is seen at SM's 2010 Independence day
celebration at SM City Bacolod. A variant of the flag with the colors inverse
also existed.
