Copallin is one of the six district municipalities in Bagua provincial
municipality. I didn't find a flag for it, except the large ceremonial flag -
white with inscriptions and emblem on it

The flag of Copallin is blue over green with red [or dark orange?] triangle
at hoist. This photo is not very good, but
at the hoist it seems to be red and not orange. Colors also show in the arms,
above and in the shield but as orange. This was published in Flag Report, issue
81 of 1 January 2017, where the province and district flags of 12 Peruvian
departments (from Amazonas to La Libertad) were published. Provinces and
districts of the remaining departments were published in the following issues.
