Commander in Chief of the Navy (the Sultan): 2:3 red flag with green inner border and an emblem in the centre. The emblem is a white disk with two wavy blue stripes in its base and the Omani crown above them, all encircled within a golden wreath with an anchor in the bottom. The leaves seem to be different from those used in other Omani flags (naval, police), but my drawing is merly schematic for the time being.

Swallow-tailed blue flag with the white national emblem in the canton, a white anchor (of the form as in the jack) and a single white five-pointed star in the fly.
