Østensjø Rederi AS of Haugesund, Norway, has "from the outset (...) specialized in clearly defined areas of the offshore and towage sectors of the marine industry where it has become recognized as one of the leaders in both sectors" as stated on the company website:
Founded in 1973, the firm operates a fleet of ten offshore vessels (one of them used for accommodation) and twenty-one tugs (counting mooring vessels) schematically presented here.
Many photos, animations, and ship dedicated brochures concerning these are found elsewhere on the site. Apparently the fleet is often active on the North Sea rendering services to oil companies and such. Shown as a drawing on the site, the house flag is white bearing a fat black initial Ø. A photo detail found here, showing the real item flying on ‘Vivax’:
