The flag mentioned by Andersson [Andersson 92] [Andersson
94] is a variation on the flag of Norway by reversing the colours of the
cross. The flag was proposed in 1972 (I would like to know by whom, but
Andersson does not tell us), and has the same proportions as the Norwegian flag.
I live in Bergen, the 'capital' of Vestlandet, but I have never come across this
flag except in Andersson's writing.

Vestlandet is made up of the counties Hordaland and
Sogn og Fjordane; sometimes the counties of Rogaland and Møre og Romsdal are
also included.
