The construction details are from Flaggenbuch. However, the Flaggenbuch shows the "triangular indentation" (i.e. the usual swallow tail) while Album (and Engene) has it "trapezoidal."

The pennant has a trapezoidal cut out. I checked this with the naval base here in Bergen.
