This plate is extensive, with seven sketches of flag proposals,
one pennant, coats-of-arms and coinage. Due to the size of the
document, coinage has been edited out of the displayed proposal.
There are two additional plates from this proposal, [1A] and [1B]. These represent specific proposals for flags of governmental units.
